We are confident that you’ll love your Mama Koala products! If for some reason you don’t, simply let our team know within our 90 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Friendly Reminder:

  • All the original Mama Koala tags MUST be still attached.
  • All products MUST be clean and in GOOD condition.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel our product has been clearly abused, altered, misused, damaged, repaired, stained, or excessively soiled.

How do I ship my return?

  2. Pack up your items
  3. Drop off your return at any USPS facility, with your postal carrier, or schedule a free pickup at www.usps.com during the business hours of USPS.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you a return notification email. Please be aware, processing time also depends on the shipping time by USPS, please give us 5-7 days to receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
